What you'll do
Own timelines, deliverables, and resourcing across multiple projects
Coordinate with hosts, partners, and contractors to keep work flowing
Follow up persistently so nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
Report progress and surface blockers to the founder weekly
What you bring
Sharp organizational instincts and a pathological eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially follow-up
Some experience managing small-to-medium projects (formal or informal)
A genuine passion for plant-based living and the broader movement
